In order to ensure maximum satisfaction of its customers needs, Italkali has adopted a company quality control system which, by following all the production process stages - from extraction to refining and from packaging to distribution - guarantees the maximum standards of quality for the product, maximum efficiency of the machinery and a functional process for management, handling, identification, storage and delivery of the products.

Italkali started a program in 2003 for certification of the quality control system for the production units obtained by DET NORSKE VERITAS certification of compliance UNI EN ISO 9001 for Quality System and UNI EN ISO 14001 for Environmental Management System.
